Ofsted Report 2023
It is with great pride that I share with you the finalised report following our recent Ofsted inspection. This was a full inspection which evaluated the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management and early years provision. I am delighted to inform you that the school has been judged as “Good” overall, with a “Good” judgement being awarded to quality of education, personal development leadership and management and early years provision. I am extremely proud that the school was awarded “Outstanding” for behaviour and attitudes.
We’re extremely happy that the hard work of our staff has been recognised, and I’m sure you will join me in congratulating everyone who works and volunteers at our school.

We are pleased to be able to tell you that we have received a very positive report with an overall judgement that Salway Ash is a ‘Good’ school.
I’m incredibly pleased to announce that we’ve received the final SIAMS report back and have been graded as:
OUTSTANDING
This is a wonderful achievement and one that we should all be very proud of. I’d like to thank the teachers and support staff for all the work that they have done in order for us to achieve this result, the pupils who were all exemplary on the day showing how polite, kind and engaged they are. However Mrs Crew needs a massive thank you for her endless preparation and the extra hours she has put in to make our school outstanding in the eyes of SIAMS.
